Slack でメンションするだけで、Jira・Confluence・キクメモに散らばった社内の情報を横断して調べ、根拠となる資料を示して答えるアシスタントです。

答えが社内資料に見つからないときは、推測で答えずに聞き返します。

In English. 社長AI ("Shacho AI") is a Slack assistant that answers questions from your own Jira, Confluence and Kikumemo content. Mention the bot and it searches those sources, cites the documents it used, and asks a clarifying question instead of guessing when nothing relevant is found.

Slack をどう使うか

必要な権限は2つだけです。メッセージ履歴の一括読み取りや、ファイルへのアクセス権限は要求しません。

chat:write回答をスレッドに投稿するため

ボットが読むのは自分がメンションされたメッセージと、そのスレッドの会話だけです。メンションされていないチャンネルの会話は読みません。

Slack usage. Only two bot scopes: app_mentions:read to receive mentions and chat:write to reply in-thread. The bot reads the message that mentions it and, when the mention is inside a thread, that thread's replies. It does not read channel history it was not mentioned in, and requests no file or user-listing scopes.

導入の流れ

  1. 下のボタンから Slack ワークスペースにインストールし、権限を承認します
  2. インストール完了画面に出る「Jira / Confluence を連携する」ボタンから、自社の Atlassian サイトを連携します（任意）
  3. Slack でボットにメンションして質問します

インストールできたかの確認方法

承認後に「✅ インストール完了」と表示されれば成功です。Slack のチャンネルにボットを招待してメンションし、返信が返ってくれば動作しています。Jira / Confluence を連携していない状態でも会話はできますが、社内資料を根拠にした回答はできません。

Install flow. Install from the button above and approve the two scopes. You will see a "✅ インストール完了" (installation complete) confirmation page, which also links to the optional Jira/Confluence connection step. Then invite the bot to a channel and mention it; a threaded reply confirms it is working.
